"Konami? Where are you?" Ayano whispered. She was running back to the alley carrying some pieces of bread.
"I'm over here!" She heard her sister say. She went over and sat next to her.
"I got us some bread from the bakery." Ayano said, giving her a piece. Konami smiled and began to eat.
"Did anyone see you?" She finally asked.
"I don't think so." Ayano replied. The two girls have been orphans since they were small. Konami was only three when they started living in the alley and stealing food. Ayano sighed and lay next to her sister.
"Sis?" Konami said.
"Yes?"
"Do you think anyone will adopt us?" Konami asked. Ayano was silent.
"I don't know." Ayano said. Konami sighed and fell asleep.

This is something that happened in my dream last night. In my headcanon, Ayano and Konami are orphans since I haven't made any parents for them. Same for Takashi and Miyuki. I ended up waking up before anything else happened.
