Coming Back

*2012*
"Yay! My third UTAU is finished." I heard Master cheer. Me and Akira were walking by Master's lab when we heard her.
"I wonder what the new UTAU looks like." Akira said.
"Me too. Let's go see." I said. We knocked on the door and went inside.
"Hey guys." Master greeted.
"Hello Master." I said. Akira walked up to the UTAU. It was a little girl. She had long black hair, a purple shirt, black gloves, jeans, and black shoes.
"Is this the new UTAUloid?" Akira asked.
"Yep!" Master replied.
"What's her name?" I asked.
"Miyuki Iwasaki." Master said. She grabbed a USB cable and plugged it into Miyuki's back. Then she sat in front of her computer and started typing something.
"What are you doing?" I asked.
"Since Miyuki's voicebank is finished, I'm going to install it in her." Master said. I watched her computer as it was loading. A few minutes later it was finished. Akira and Master walked over to Miyuki. I followed.
"Miyuki?" Master said. Miyuki opened her eyes and looked around.
"Who are you? And where am I?" Miyuki asked.
"I'm Akira Tachibana." Akira said.
"I'm Ayano Fujioka." I said shyly.
"And I'm TJ. But you can call me Master. And you're in my lab." Master said.
"Oh...So, what am I?" Miyuki asked.
"You're an UTAU." Master said.
"Just like us." Akira said.
"An UTAU?" Miyuki repeated.
"Yeah. We can sing just like Vocaloids can." I said.
"Vocaloids..." Miyuki said.
"Can you sing for us?" Akira asked.
"Sure. But what should I sing?" Miyuki asked.
"I know." Master grabbed a piece of paper and handed it to Miyuki.
"Can you try singing that?" She asked. Miyuki read the lyrics and began to sing.
"Sekai de ichi-ban OHIME-SAMA." Miyuki started. Her voice sounded just like ours. Some sounds too loud. Others low. Some pitched high. Even fuzzy. Soon Miyuki finished the song and looked at us.
"How was I?" She asked.
"You were good." Master said. Miyuki smiled and hugged her. Later that day Master told me and Akira to show Miyuki her new room.
"I can't wait to see what song Master will let me sing." Miyuki said.
"Me neither." Akira said.
"I hope the three of us can sing together!" Miyuki replied.
"Me too." I said.

Months have passed after Master finished making Miyuki. She had us sing a few songs after that. But for awhile, I noticed she's been using other UTAUs instead of us. She even used Kevin, one of the new UTAUs she's made and he sounds just like us. Even worse! I saw Master walking back to her lab.
"Master!" I called to her. She turned around.
"Oh, hi Ayano." She said.
"Master, when can I sing again? I miss singing. So does Miyuki and Akira." I said.
"I'm not sure yet." She replied.
"Ok." I sighed.

It's almost a year and Master still hasn't let us sing. Now she made a new UTAU named Kimiko and uses her more. Later that day, Master wanted to see me, Akira, and Miyuki. I hope we're gonna sing!
"Hi Master!" We greeted when we went to her lab.
"Hey guys..." Master said.
"Are you ok?" Miyuki asked.
"Um, I'm not sure how to say this..." Master said.
"Say what?" I asked. Master sighed.
"Guys...I have to..shut you down." Master said.
"......What? Why?" Akira asked.
"I'm sorry. I have to." Master said.
"Is it our voice?" I asked.
"B-But we can get better! We WILL get better!" Miyuki said. I could tell she wanted to cry.
"I'm sorry. You guys won't be shut down for long...I hope." I heard Master whisper the last part.
"Ok.." I said. I watched her plug a chord into Miyuki first. She tried to hold back her tears. I saw a tear roll down her cheek. When she finally shut down, Master carried her into a room. She came back and did the same thing to Akira.
"Bye Ayano." Akira whispered and then was shut down too. Master came back and had me sit in the same chair the others where in. I held back my tears. Why did she have to shut us down? Couldn't she make new voicebanks for us? I began to cry.
"Why...?" I sobbed.
"I'm sorry..." Master said and hugged me. Then everything went black.

*In the present*
I opened my eyes and looked around to see I was in a familiar place.
"Hi Ayano." I heard a familiar voice say. I turned around and saw her.
"Master!" I said and hugged her. She hugged back.
"You turned me back on!" I cheered.
"Yeah. I'm gonna do the same for Akira and Miyuki." Master said.
"But...Why did you shut us down before?" I asked.
"Your voicebanks weren't that great and people didn't really like your voices. But I'm working on new voicebanks for everyone!" Master said. I hugged her again.
"Thankyou Master. I promise we'll all get better." I said. We haven't gotten to sing in years. Master shut us down. But now it's time for us to make a come back!
